Makeup Look: Naked Heat Palette

Hi, friends! It's already been over a week since my last post. I can't believe it's been that long! My lovely boyfriend arrived on Saturday, so we've just been relaxing and enjoying our time together. :) Today's post is wayyy overdue, as it's been about three weeks since I first wrote about Urban Decay's Naked Heat Palette. I've been absolutely loving this palette and find myself reaching for it almost every day. The fiery shades are perfectly suited for the summer heat. The matte shades are so blendable and the shimmery shades are stunning, especially when applied wet. The whole palette is just amazing.

Without further ado, let's get into the look:

I used the NARS concealer in Custard to prime my eyelids and Vanilla to clean up the brows (mentioned above).

  1. All over lid (base color): Chaser

  2. In crease (transition shade): Sauced

  3. In crease (a bit lower than transition shade): Cayenne - focused most of the product on outer part of crease and blended inward

  4. Outer corner: Ashes - blended inward

  5. Lid (under crease): Scorched - applied wet with packing brush, blended edges with same brush used for crease with no added product

  6. Inner corner and brow highlight: Ounce

  7. Lower lash line: Ashes - applied really tight to lash line, Cayenne - applied over Ashes and lower to blend edges

Setting Spray:

And that's it for this look, guys! I hope you all enjoyed it! I've been having so much fun playing around with this palette and creating all types of different looks. This look has been one of my go-tos with this palette because of its wearability - suitable for both day and night!

Thank you so much for reading and would love to hear what you all think of this look and this palette. <3
