Luxury Haul - June 2017

Hello, friends! Another month, another haul! I picked up a few items from Sephora and MAC over the last month and would like to share it with you all! I also would love to hear what you think of these products and if you have any recommendations for products that you are currently living for. I wish I had more products to share this month but this'll be just a mini haul. :)

Anastasia Beverly Hills - Nicole Guerriero Glow Kit

I had to wait FOREVER to get my hands on this! It sold out so quickly when it first came out that when it was restocked last month, I instantly bought it. Everyone has been just raving about this glow kit so I'm super excited to see what the hype is all about. I can already tell that it's probably going to be AMAZING, just from swatching it once. The formula feels so smooth and buttery, and the colors are beautiful. Just look at those swatches! I can already tell you that Kitty Kat is probably going to be my favorite, but the entire top row looks right up my alley. Forever Lit is so damn blinding, like whoa girl. I haven't used a highlighter that white before, so I'm curious how it will look on my face!

I just checked online and unfortunately, both Sephora and Anastasia don't have it in stock anymore. Glad I bought it when I did!

Bobbi Brown - Hydrating Eye Cream and Hydrating Face Cream

Okay I will admit that I'm kind of part of the Bobbi Brown skincare cult. I have not used a skincare product of theirs that I haven't liked yet. I've been using the eye cream for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. It's brightened up my under-eye area so much and ya girl has really dark under-eye circles. It also moisturizes the area really well to make concealer look its best and not wrinkly or dry. I haven't tried the face cream yet, but I'm really excited to try it out and I'm sure I'll love it. Bobbi Brown has done me no wrong so far!

Benefit Cosmetics - The POREfessional Face Primer

My full size tube arrived! As I wrote in my May Favorites, I received a sample of this primer and I absolutely fell in love with it. It makes my foundation look so smooth and flawless. I'll never go back to not using a pore minimizing primer. I know that Milk Makeup has come out with their Blur Stick fairly recently, which is supposed to be similar to this, but in a stick, so maybe I'll try that one out next!

Stila - Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow in Rose Gold Retro

Also mentioned in my May Favorites, this is a product that I fell in love with last month. I have the shade Kitten Karma, which is a champagney-gold color, and I ordered the shade Rose Gold Retro to try next. I am equally impressed with this shade as I was with Kitten Karma! It's gorgeous, and I love that it's not chunky glitter that's in it, it's really really fine, which prevents a huge amount of fallout. It definitely lives up to all the hype and worth every penny! I'm contemplating buying more colors - the duo chrome shades look ridiculous!

MAC Cosmetics - Lipsticks in Fabby and Modesty (left to right)

Both of these lipsticks were free! Yay free stuff! MAC Cosmetics' recycling program is SO GOOD. For every 6 empty product cases/containers that you turn it, you can choose a free lipstick, lipglass, or eyeshadow (lipstick only for MAC counters in Macy's, unsure about other department stores). MAC then recycles the materials to go towards building schools in underprivileged areas in other parts of the world. It's a great way to try out new lipstick/eyeshadow colors while supporting a good cause. Win-win! My mother and I got two free lipsticks each! (Yeah, we had a ton of empties that piled up over the years.)

After swatching a TON of lipsticks, my hands and arms looked like a colorful mess. It was so hard to decice because there are so many to choose from! I ended up deciding on the shades Fabby and Modesty. Fabby is one of their frost lipsticks and was recommended to me by the lovely girl working at the counter. It's a really pretty mauve with a bit of gold frost. The frost is not overwhelming at all, which I love.

Modesty is a shade I picked out myself, it's a muted neutral pink shade. It's not a frost lipstick, but it does have a bit of shimmer because it's one of their cremesheen lipsticks. Unfortunately, this shade is almost the exact color of my lips, so it looks like I'm almost wearing nothing at all. :( But, it's good for those days that I just want to add a bit of shine to my lips.

And that's all for this haul, guys! I hope you enjoyed reading and I would love to hear your thoughts and recommendations! Until next time. <3
